തിരുവത്താഴം  Holy communion 

അവൻ്റെ(പത്രോസിൻ്റെ) വാക്കു കൈക്കൊണ്ടവർ സ്നാനം ഏറ്റു; അന്നു മൂവായിരത്തോളം പേർ അവരോടു ചേർന്നു. അവർ അപ്പൊസ്‌തലന്മാരുടെ ഉപദേശം കേട്ടും കൂട്ടായ്മ ആചരിച്ചും അപ്പം നുറുക്കിയും പ്രാർത്ഥന കഴിച്ചും പോന്നു. ഒരുമനപ്പെട്ടു ദിനംപ്രതി ദൈവാലയത്തിൽ കൂടിവരികയും വീട്ടിൽ അപ്പം നുറുക്കിക്കൊണ്ടു ഉല്ലാസവും ഹൃദയപരമാർത്ഥതയും പൂണ്ടു ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കയും ദൈവത്തെ സ്തുതിക്കയും സകല ജനത്തിൻ്റെയും കൃപ അനുഭവിക്കയും ചെയ്തു.

Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favour with all the people.

The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread.

കർത്താവായ യേശുവിനെ കാണിച്ചുകൊടുത്ത രാത്രിയിൽ അവൻ അപ്പം എടുത്തു സ്തോത്രം ചൊല്ലി നുറുക്കി: ഇത് നിങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടിയുള്ള എൻ്റെ ശരീരം; എൻ്റെ ഓർമ്മയ്ക്കായി ഇതു ചെയ്‍വിൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. അവ്വണ്ണം തന്നേ അത്താഴം കഴിഞ്ഞശേഷം അവൻ പാനപാത്രവും എടുത്തു; ഈ പാനപാത്രം എൻ്റെ രക്തത്തിൽ പുതിയനിയമം ആകുന്നു; ഇതു കുടിക്കുമ്പോഴൊക്കെയും എൻ്റെ ഓർമ്മയ്ക്കായി ചെയ്‍വിൻ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. അങ്ങനെ നിങ്ങൾ ഈ അപ്പം തിന്നുകയും പാനപാത്രം കുടിക്കയും ചെയ്യുമ്പോഴൊക്കെയും കത്താവു വരുവോളം അവൻ്റെ മരണത്തെ പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ടു അയോഗ്യമായി അപ്പം തിന്നുകയോ കർത്താവിൻ്റെ പാനപാത്രം കുടിക്കയോ ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ എല്ലാം കർത്താവിൻ്റെ ശരീരവും രക്തവും സംബന്ധിച്ചു കുറ്റക്കാരൻ ആകും. മനുഷ്യൻ തന്നെത്താൻ ശോധന ചെയ്തിട്ടുവേണം ഈ അപ്പം തിന്നുകയും പാനപാത്രത്തിൽ നിന്നു കുടിക്കയും ചെയ്‍വാൻ. തിന്നുകയും കുടിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ ശരീരത്തെ വിവേചിക്കാഞ്ഞാൽ തനിക്കു ശിക്ഷാവിധി തിന്നുകയും കുടിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഇതുഹേതുവായി നിങ്ങളിൽ പലരും ബലഹീനരും രോഗികളുമാകുന്നു; അനേകരും നിദ്രകൊള്ളുന്നു. നാം നമ്മെത്തന്നെ വിധിച്ചാൽ വിധിക്കപ്പെടുകയില്ല. വിധിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു എങ്കിലോ നാം ലോകത്തോടു കൂടെ ശിക്ഷാവിധിയിൽ അകപ്പെടാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു കർത്താവു നമ്മെ ബാലശിക്ഷ കഴിക്കയാകുന്നു.

For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: And when he had given thanks, he brake it , and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it , in remembrance of me. For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come. Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

പിന്നെ പാനപാത്രം എടുത്തു വാഴ്ത്തി: "ഇതു വാങ്ങി പങ്കിട്ടുകൊൾവിൻ. ദൈവരാജ്യം വരുവോളം ഞാൻ മുന്തിരിവള്ളിയുടെ അനുഭവം ഇന്നുമുതൽ കുടിക്കയില്ല" എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു. പിന്നെ അപ്പം എടുത്തു വാഴ്ത്തി നുറുക്കി അവർക്കു കൊടുത്തു:ഇതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടി നൽകുന്ന എൻ്റെ ശരീരം; എൻ്റെ ഓർമ്മയ്ക്കായി ഇതു ചെയ്‍വിൻ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. അവ്വണ്ണം തന്നേ അത്താഴം കഴിഞ്ഞശേഷം അവൻ പാനപാത്രവും കൊടുത്തു; ഈ പാനപാത്രം നിങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടി ചൊരിയുന്ന എൻ്റെ രക്തത്തിലെ പുതിയ നിയമം ആകുന്നു.

അവൻ്റെ വാക്കു കൈക്കൊണ്ടവർ സ്നാനം ഏറ്റു; അന്നു മൂവായിരത്തോളം പേർ അവരോടു ചേർന്നു. അവർ അപ്പോസ്തലന്മാരുടെ ഉപദേശം കേട്ടും കൂട്ടായ്‍മ ആചരിച്ചും അപ്പം നുറുക്കിയും പ്രാർത്ഥന കഴിച്ചും പോന്നു.

അവനോടു കൂട്ടായ്‍മ ഉണ്ടു എന്നു പറയുകയും ഇരുട്ടിൽ നടക്കയും ചെയ്താൽ നാം ഭോഷ്കു പറയുന്നു; സത്യം പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നതുമില്ല. അവൻ വെളിച്ചത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ നാം വെളിച്ചത്തിൽ നടക്കുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ നമുക്കു തമ്മിൽ കൂട്ടായ്‍മ ഉണ്ടു. അവൻ്റെ പുത്രനായ യേശുവിൻ്റെ രക്തം സകല പാപവും പോക്കി നമ്മെ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നു.

If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

If there is therefore any exhortation in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any tender mercies and compassion, make full my joy, that ye be of the same mind, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind; doing nothing through faction or through vainglory, but in lowliness of mind each counting other better than himself; not looking each of you to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others.Have this mind in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: who, existing in the form of God, counted not the being on an equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men; and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, becoming obedient even unto death, yea, the death of the cross.

ചിലർ ചെയ്യുന്നതുപോലെ നമ്മുടെ സഭായോഗങ്ങളെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാതെ തമ്മിൽ പ്രബോധിപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു സ്നേഹത്തിനും സൽപ്രവൃത്തികൾക്കും ഉത്സാഹം വർദ്ധിപ്പിപ്പാൻ അന്യോന്യം സൂക്ഷിച്ചുകൊൾക. നാൾ സമീപിക്കുന്നു എന്നു കാണുംതോറും അതു അധികമധികമായി ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാകുന്നു.

സ്നാനം ദൈവത്തിൻ്റെ ഒരു കല്പനയാണ്.
"വിശ്വസിക്കയും സ്നാനം ഏൽക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ രക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടും; വിശ്വസിക്കാത്തവൻ ശിക്ഷാവിധിയിൽ അകപ്പെടും. വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരാൽ ഈ അടയാളങ്ങൾ നടക്കും; എൻ്റെ നാമത്തിൽ അവർ ഭൂതങ്ങളെ പുറത്താക്കും; പുതുഭാഷകളിൽ സംസാരിക്കും; സർപ്പങ്ങളെ പിടിച്ചെടുക്കും; മരണകരമായ യാതൊന്നു കുടിച്ചാലും അവർക്കു ഹാനി വരികയില്ല; രോഗികളുടെ മേൽ കൈ വച്ചാൽ അവർക്കു സൗഖ്യം വരും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു".

Baptism is a command from God. 
"He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.  And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover".

യേശു അടുത്തു ചെന്നു: സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലും ഭൂമിയിലും സകല അധികാരവും എനിക്കു നൽകപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങൾ പുറപ്പെട്ടു, പിതാവിൻ്റെയും പുത്രൻ്റെയും പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിൻ്റെയും നാമത്തിൽ സ്നാനം കഴിപ്പിച്ചും നിങ്ങളോട് കല്പിച്ചതു ഒക്കെയും പ്രമാണിപ്പാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം ഉപദേശിച്ചും കൊണ്ടു സകല ജാതികളെയും ശിഷ്യരാക്കിക്കൊൾവിൻ; ഞാനോ ലോകാവസാനത്തോളം എല്ലാനാളും നിങ്ങളോടു കൂടെയുണ്ടു എന്ന് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു .

Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

കന്ദക്ക എന്ന എത്യോപ രാജ്ഞിയുടെ ഭണ്ഡാരമേൽവിചാരകനായ ഷണ്ഡൻ വഴി പോകയിൽ വെള്ളം ഉള്ളൊരു സ്ഥലത്തു എത്തിയപ്പോൾ ഫിലിപ്പൊസിനോട് : "ഇതാ വെള്ളം ഞാൻ സ്നാനം ഏൽക്കുന്നതിന് എന്തു വിരോധം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു". അതിനു ഫിലിപ്പോസ്: "നീ പൂർണ്ണ ഹൃദയത്തോടെ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ആകാം" എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. "യേശുക്രിസ്തു ദൈവപുത്രൻ എന്നു ഞാൻ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു" എന്നു അവൻ ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു. അങ്ങനെ അവൻ തേർ നിർത്തുവാൻ കല്പിച്ചു; ഫിലിപ്പോസും ഷണ്ഡനും ഇരുവരും വെള്ളത്തിൽ ഇറങ്ങി, അവൻ അവനെ സ്നാനം കഴിപ്പിച്ചു.

A man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship,  happened to see Philip on his way. And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. When they heard this , they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

Here, those who took the baptism of John were later believed and baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.  And the Holy Spirit came upon them.

ഇനി താമസിക്കുന്നതു എന്തു? എഴുന്നേറ്റു അവൻ്റെ നാമം വിളിച്ചു പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചു സ്നാനം ഏറ്റു നിൻ്റെ പാപങ്ങളെ കഴുകിക്കളക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

കർത്താവിൻ്റെ രാജ്യം ഭൗമികം അല്ല എന്നു ഇതിൽ നിന്നു മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ കഴിയും. സ്നാനം ഭൗതീക സഭയോടും ഐഹികം ആയ ഒന്നിനോടും ചേരുവാനല്ല. സ്നാനം എടുക്കുന്നവർ മാനസാന്തരപ്പെട്ട്  പാപങ്ങൾ ഏറ്റു പറഞ്ഞവർ ആയിരിക്കണം. യേശുക്രിസ്തു ദൈവപുത്രൻ എന്നുo എൻ്റെ പാപങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടി മരിച്ചു ഉയിർത്തെഴുന്നേറ്റു എന്നും പൂർണ്ണ ഹൃദയത്തോടെ വിശ്വസിച്ചു വേണം സ്നാനപ്പെടേണ്ടത്. ആദാമും ഹവ്വയും സുബോധത്തോടെ പാപം ചെയ്തതിനാൽ നാമും സുബോധത്തോടെ ദൈവപുത്രനായ ക്രിസ്തു ആ പാപങ്ങളുടെ പരിഹാരമായി മരിച്ചുയിർത്തെഴുന്നേറ്റു എന്നു വിശ്വസിച്ചു സ്നാനപ്പെടേണ്ടതാകുന്നു.
ഞാൻ ജഡ ശരീരത്തിൻ്റെ എല്ലാ പാപ പ്രവൃത്തികളെയും മരിപ്പിക്കുന്നുവെന്നും  ഇപ്പോൾ മുതൽ പുതിയ മനുഷ്യനായി പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിനും വചനത്തിനും കീഴ്‌പ്പെട്ടു ജീവൻ്റെ പുതുക്കത്തിൽ നടക്കുമെന്നും ഉള്ള ഒരു സമർപ്പണം കൂടിയാകുന്നു സ്നാനം.

It can be understood that the kingdom of the Lord, which is not  a worldly one. Baptism is not to join any wordly churches or  to any registered body of organisation of the world. But Bible says that we baptized in to Jesus Christ,  were baptized in to his death.  Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. One must repent and confess before baptism.  As Adam and Eve sinned sobriety, we should also believe that Jesus, Son of God, died and risen for my sins  with whole heart and sobriety before the baptism. Baptism is a commitment to  become a new man subjected to the Holy Spirit and Holy Bible.

എന്നാൽ വിശ്വാസം കൂടാതെ ദൈവത്തെ പ്രസാദിപ്പിപ്പാൻ കഴിയുന്നതല്ല; ദൈവത്തിൻ്റെ അടുക്കൽ വരുന്നവൻ ദൈവം ഉണ്ട് എന്നും തന്നെ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് പ്രതിഫലം കൊടുക്കുന്നു എന്നും വിശ്വസിക്കേണ്ടതല്ലോ.

But without faith it is impossible to please him : for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

According to the parable of the 'Master and the Servant' in Luke 17:5-10 there must have a good relationship between them for good faith.  And also faithful to the Lord. "So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do."[Luke 17:10]. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.[Hebrews 10:39]

He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

പ്രിയരേ, നമുക്ക് പാപപരിഹാരവും നിത്യജീവനും തരുവാനായി നമുക്ക് വേണ്ടി മരിച്ചുയർത്തെഴുന്നേറ്റ യേശു നമ്മുടെ ഹൃദയവാതിൽക്കൽ നിന്നു മുട്ടുന്നു. നമ്മുടെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പാപമോ, രോഗമോ, ശാപമോ, അസമാധാനമോ, എല്ലാവരാലും തള്ളപ്പെട്ട അവസ്‌ഥയോ എന്തും ആകട്ടെ .........!! കർത്താവായ യേശു ക്രിസ്തു ഇപ്രകാരം പറയുന്നു: "അദ്ധ്വാനിക്കുന്നവരും ഭാരം ചുമക്കുന്നവരും ആയുള്ളോരേ, എല്ലാവരും എൻ്റെ അടുക്കൽ വരുവിൻ; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിക്കു൦".

Beloved, Our resurrected Lord Jesus Christ knock out of our hearts to give us eternal life and freedom from sin.  What ever may be our problems, even if it is sin, sickness,curse, soreness or abandoned by all.........!!! The Lord Jesus Christ says: " Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest".

 "പാപത്തിൻ്റെ ശമ്പളം മരണമത്രേ" എന്നു വചനം പറയുന്നു. അങ്ങനെയെങ്കിൽ പാപത്തിൻ്റെ ശിക്ഷയായി മരണവിധി കാത്തുകിടക്കുന്ന നമ്മോടും യേശു പറയുന്നു: മകനേ / മകളേ നിൻ്റെ പാപങ്ങളുടെ ശിക്ഷ ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങിക്കൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ നിനക്കു വേണ്ടി മരിച്ചുയർത്തെഴുന്നേറ്റിരിക്കുന്നു.

Bible says: For the wages of sin is death".  If so,  to us, awaiting death for the punishment of sin, Jesus says: dear son/daughter, I suffered the punishment for your sins and overcome the death through the victory of calvery.

ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ പാപങ്ങൾ ദൈവത്തോട് സ്വയം ഏറ്റുപറയുക. വചനം ഇങ്ങനെ പറയുന്നു:"യേശുവിനെ കർത്താവ് എന്നു വായ് കൊണ്ട് ഏറ്റുപറയുകയും ദൈവം അവനെ മരിച്ചവരിൽ നിന്ന് ഉയർത്തെഴുന്നേല്പിച്ചു എന്ന് ഹൃദയം കൊണ്ട് വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും ചെയ്താൽ നീ രക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടും "

 സ്വർഗസ്‌ഥനായ ദൈവമേ, ഞാൻ പാപിയാണെന്നു ഏറ്റുപറയുന്നു. ഞാൻ വളരെ പാപങ്ങളും തെറ്റുകളും ചെയ്തുപോയിട്ടുണ്ട്. എൻ്റെ ഈ അവസ്‌ഥയ്ക്കു മാറ്റം വരുത്തുവാൻ അങ്ങേയ്ക്കു കഴിയും. എന്നെ സഹായിക്കണമേ. എൻ്റെ പാപങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടി അങ്ങയുടെ പുത്രനായ യേശു കുരിശിൽ മരിച്ചു എന്നു ഞാൻ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു. ആകയാൽ എൻ്റെ സകല പാപങ്ങളും അശുദ്ധികളും നീക്കി എന്നെ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കേണമേ. എൻ്റെ ജീവിതകാലമെല്ലാം ഞാൻ അങ്ങേയ്ക്കായ് ജീവിക്കും. യേശുവിൻ്റെ നാമത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. പ്രാർത്ഥന കേൾക്കേണമേ . ആമേൻ .

God in Heaven, I confess that I am a sinner.  I have done many mistakes and sins in my life. You can change my situations. Help me please. I believe that Jesus, the Son of God died on the cross for my sins. Therefore, purge me from all my sins and impurities. I devote my entire life for you. In Jesus name, Amen.

നിത്യ ജീവൻ  Eternal Life

ഈ ലോകത്തിലെ മരണത്തിനുo അപ്പുറത്ത് അഥവാ മരണശേഷം നമുക്കു ഒരു ജീവിതം ഉണ്ട് എന്നു ബൈബിൾ നമ്മെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

The Bible teaches us that  there is a life after the 'death in this world'.

മരണശേഷം "പൊടി പണ്ട് ആയിരുന്നതു പോലെ ഭൂമിയിലേക്കു തിരികെ ചേരും; ആത്മാവ് അതിനെ നൽകിയ ദൈവത്തിൻ്റെ അടുക്കലേക്കു മടങ്ങിപ്പോകും."

Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

പക്ഷേ ഒരുവൻ; മരിച്ചവർ എങ്ങനെ ഉയിർക്കുന്നു എന്നും ഏതുവിധം ശരീരത്തോടെ വരുന്നു എന്നും ചോദിക്കും. മൂഢാ, നീ വിതെക്കുന്നതു ചത്തില്ല എങ്കിൽ ജീവിക്കുന്നില്ല. നീ വിതെക്കുന്നതോ ഉണ്ടാകുവാനുള്ള ശരീരമല്ല, കോതമ്പിൻ്റെയോ മറ്റു വല്ലതിൻ്റെയോ വെറും മണിയത്രേ വിതെക്കുന്നതു; ദൈവമോ തൻ്റെ ഇഷ്ടം പോലെ അതിനു ഒരു ശരീരവും ഓരോ വിത്തിനു അതതിൻ്റെ ശരീരവും കൊടുക്കുന്നു .ഭൗതിക ശരീരം വിതെക്കപ്പെടുന്നു . ആത്മിക ശരീരം ഉയിർക്കുന്നു . ഭൗതിക ശരീരം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ആത്മിക ശരീരവും ഉണ്ട് .

There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

ഉയിർത്തെഴുന്നേറ്റ യേശു ഈ വിധത്തിൽ ശിഷ്യന്മാർക്കു പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു:

ഇങ്ങനെ അവർ സംസാരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവൻ അവരുടെ നടുവിൽ നിന്നു: (നിങ്ങൾക്കു സമാധാനം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു"). അവർ ഞെട്ടി ഭയപ്പെട്ടു ; ഒരു ഭൂതത്തെ കാണുന്നു എന്നു അവർക്കു തോന്നി. അവൻ അവരോട് " നിങ്ങൾ കലങ്ങുന്നതു? നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ സംശയം പൊങ്ങുന്നതും എന്തു? ഞാൻ തന്നെ ആകുന്നു എന്നു എൻ്റെ കയ്യും കാലും നോക്കി അറിവിൻ; എന്നെ തൊട്ടു നോക്കുവിൻ; എന്നിൽ കാണുന്നതു പോലെ ഭൂതത്തിനു മാംസവും അസ്ഥിയും ഇല്ലല്ലോ" എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. (ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടു അവൻ കയ്യും കാലും അവരെ കാണിച്ചു). അവർ സന്തോഷത്താൽ വിശ്വസിക്കാതെ അതിശയിച്ചു നിൽക്കുമ്പോൾ അവരോട്: തിന്നുവാൻ വല്ലതും ഇവിടെ നിങ്ങളുടെ പക്കൽ ഉണ്ടോ" എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു. അവർ ഒരു ഖണ്ഡം വറുത്ത മീനും (തേൻകട്ടയും) അവനു കൊടുത്തു. അതു അവൻ വാങ്ങി അവർ കാൺകെ തിന്നു.

ഉയിർത്തെഴുന്നേറ്റ യേശുവിൻ്റെ ശരീരം എപ്രകാരമായിരുന്നുവെന്ന് ഇതിൽ നിന്ന് നമുക്ക് മനസ്സിലാക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit. And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?  Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.  And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet.  And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?  And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.And he took it , and did eat before them.

From this we can understand how the resurrected body of Jesus is.

മരിച്ചവർ ഉയിർക്കുന്നില്ല എങ്കിൽ ക്രിസ്തുവും ഉയർത്തിട്ടില്ല. ക്രിസ്തു ഉയർത്തിട്ടില്ല എങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ വിശ്വാസം വ്യർത്ഥമത്രേ; നിങ്ങൾ ഇന്നും നിങ്ങളുടെ പാപങ്ങളിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു. ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ നിദ്ര കൊണ്ടവരും നശിച്ചു പോയി. നാം ഈ ആയുസ്സിൽ മാത്രം ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ പ്രത്യാശ വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ സകല മനുഷ്യരിലും അരിഷ്ടന്മാരത്രേ. എന്നാൽ ക്രിസ്തു നിദ്ര കൊണ്ടവരിൽ ആദ്യഫലമായി മരിച്ചവരുടെ ഇടയിൽ നിന്നു ഉയർത്തിരിക്കുന്നു. മനുഷ്യൻ മൂലം മരണം ഉണ്ടാകയാൽ മരിച്ചവരുടെ പുനരുത്ഥാനവും മനുഷ്യൻ മൂലം ഉണ്ടായി. ആദാമിൽ എല്ലാവരും മരിക്കുന്നതു പോലെ ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ എല്ലാവരും ജീവിക്കപ്പെടും.

If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the first fruits of them that slept. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

നാം എങ്ങനെ പാപികളായി?How did we become sinners?

യഹോവയായ ദൈവം മനുഷ്യനോട് കല്പിച്ചതെന്തെന്നാൽ: തോട്ടത്തിലെ സകല വൃക്ഷങ്ങളുടെയും ഫലം നിനക്കു ഇഷ്ടം പോലെ തിന്നാം. എന്നാൽ നന്മതിന്മകളെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള അറിവിൻ്റെ വൃക്ഷത്തിൻ ഫലം തിന്നരുത്; തിന്നുന്ന നാളിൽ നീ മരിക്കും[ഉല്പ 2 :16 ,17] . ആ വൃക്ഷഫലം തിന്മാൻ നല്ലതും കാണ്മാൻ ഭംഗിയുള്ളതും ജ്ഞാനം പ്രാപിപ്പാൻ കാമ്യവും എന്നു സ്ത്രീ കണ്ടു ഫലം പറിച്ചു തിന്നു കൊടുത്തു. അവനും തിന്നു.ദൈവം മനുഷ്യനെ വിളിച്ചു: തിന്നരുതെന്നു ഞാൻ നിന്നോട് കല്പിച്ച വൃക്ഷഫലം നീ തിന്നുവോ എന്നു അവൻ ചോദിച്ചു. അതിനു മനുഷ്യൻ: എന്നോട് കൂടെ ഇരിപ്പാൻ നീ തന്നിട്ടുള്ള സ്ത്രീ വൃക്ഷഫലം തന്നു; ഞാൻ തിന്നുകയും ചെയ്തു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

ഇപ്രകാരം മനുഷ്യൻ ദൈവത്തിൻ്റെ വചനം [കല്പന] അനുസരിച്ചില്ല. അതിനാൽ മനുഷ്യരാശി പാപത്തിന് കീഴിലായിത്തീർന്നു.

And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

ഒരുത്തൻ പാപം ചെയ്തു എങ്കിലോ നീതിമാനായ യേശുക്രിസ്തു കാര്യസ്ഥൻ നമുക്കു പിതാവിൻ്റെ അടുക്കൽ ഉണ്ട്. അവൻ നമ്മുടെ പാപങ്ങൾക്കു പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം ആകുന്നു. നമ്മുടേതിന് മാത്രമല്ല, സർവ്വലോകത്തിൻ്റെ പാപത്തിനും തന്നേ.

യേശു ക്രിസ്തുവിലൂടെ പാപപരിഹാരവും നിത്യജീവനും ലഭിക്കുന്നു. ആദാം മുതൽ ക്രിസ്തു വരെയുള്ള കാലയളവിൽ പാപപരിഹാരമായി മൃഗങ്ങളെ ആയിരുന്നു യാഗം കഴിച്ചിരുന്നത്. ന്യായപ്രമാണപ്രകാരം ഏകദേശം സകലവും രക്തത്താൽ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. രക്തം ചൊരിഞ്ഞിട്ടല്ലാതെ വിമോചനമില്ല. മാംസത്തിൻ്റെ ജീവൻ രക്തത്തിലല്ലോ ഇരിക്കുന്നത്. ഒരു പാപി ശുദ്ധനാകണമെങ്കിൽ അവനായി ചൊരിയപ്പെടുന്ന രക്തം ഒരു വിശുദ്ധൻ്റെത് ആയിരിക്കണം. യേശു ദൈവത്തിൻ്റെ പുത്രനായിരുന്നതിനാൽ പാപരഹിതനായിരുന്നു. അവൻ്റെ രക്തം പാപരഹിതമായിരുന്നു.

We get purification of sin and eternal life through Jesus Christ.  For the period from Adam to Christ, the animals were sacrificed for sin. According to the(Moses) Law, all things are purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission. For the life of the flesh is in the blood. Blood of sinner should be purified with the blood of a holy one. As Jesus is the son of God, he is sinless. And his blood is also sinless.

കർത്താവിൻ്റെ ദൂതൻ അവനു (മറിയയുടെ ഭർത്താവായ യോസേഫിനു) സ്വപ്നത്തിൽ പ്രത്യക്ഷനായി: ദാവീദിൻ്റെ മകനായ യോസേഫേ, നിൻ്റെ ഭാര്യയായ മറിയയെ ചേർത്തുകൊൾവാൻ ശങ്കിക്കേണ്ടാ ;അവളിൽ ഉൽപ്പാദിതമായതു പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിനാൽ (ദൈവത്തിൻ്റെ ആത്മാവിനാൽ ) ആകുന്നു. അവൾ ഒരു മകനെ പ്രസവിക്കും; അവൻ തൻ്റെ ജനത്തെ അവരുടെ പാപങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു രക്ഷിപ്പാനിരിക്കകൊണ്ടു നീ അവനു യേശു എന്നു പേർ ഇടേണം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന്മാരുടെയും കാളകളുടെയും രക്തവും മലിനപ്പെട്ടവരുടെമേൽ തളിക്കുന്ന പശുഭസ്മവും ജഡികശുദ്ധി വരുത്തുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ നിത്യാത്മാവിനാൽ ദൈവത്തിനു തന്നെത്താൻ നിഷ്കളങ്കനായി അർപ്പിച്ച ക്രിസ്തുവിൻ്റെ രക്തം ജീവനുള്ള ദൈവത്തെ ആരാധിപ്പാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ മനസാക്ഷിയെ നിർജീവപ്രവൃത്തികളെ പോക്കി എത്ര അധികം ശുദ്ധികരിക്കും ?

For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

ആ ഇഷ്ടത്തിൽ നാം യേശുക്രിസ്തു ഒരിക്കലായ് കഴിച്ച ശരീരയാഗത്താൽ വിശുദ്ധികരിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

യേശുവോ പാപങ്ങൾക്കുവേണ്ടി ഏകയാഗം കഴിച്ചിട്ടു എന്നേക്കും ദൈവത്തിൻ്റെ വലത്തുഭാഗത്തിരുന്നുകൊണ്ടു തൻ്റെ ശത്രുക്കൾ പാദപീഠം ആകുവോളം കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു. ഏകയാഗത്താൽ അവൻ വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കപ്പെടുന്നവർക്കു വേണ്ടി സദാകാലത്തേക്കും സൽഗുണപൂർത്തി വരുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

നമ്മുടെ പാപങ്ങളെ ഏറ്റു പറയുന്നു എങ്കിൽ അവൻ നമ്മോടു പാപങ്ങളെ ക്ഷമിച്ചു സകല അനീതിയും പോക്കി നമ്മെ ശുദ്ധീകരിപ്പാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം വിശ്വസ്തനും നീതിമാനും ആകുന്നു.
