പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവ് HOLY SPIRIT

എന്നിൽ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവൻ്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ നിന്നു തിരുവെഴുത്തു പറയുന്നതുപോലെ ജീവജലത്തിൻ്റെ (പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവ്) നദികൾ ഒഴുകും എന്നു വിളിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു. അവൻ [യേശു] ഇതു തന്നിൽ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ലഭിപ്പാനുള്ള ആത്മാവിനെക്കുറിച്ചു ആകുന്നു പറഞ്ഞതു

He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.(But this spake he[Jesus] of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive)

യേശു : "എന്നാൽ ഞാൻ പിതാവിനോടു ചോദിക്കും; അവൻ സത്യത്തിൻ്റെ ആത്മാവു എന്ന മറ്റൊരു കാര്യസ്ഥനെ എന്നേക്കും നിങ്ങളോടു കൂടെ ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിനു നിങ്ങൾക്കു തരും. ലോകം അവനെ കാണുകയോ അറികയോ ചെയ്യായ്കയാൽ അതിന്നു അവനെ ലഭിപ്പാൻ കഴികയില്ല; നിങ്ങളോ അവൻ നിങ്ങളോടു കൂടെ വസിക്കയും നിങ്ങളിൽ ഇരിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് അവനെ അറിയുന്നു."

യേശു : "എങ്കിലും പിതാവു എൻ്റെ നാമത്തിൽ അയപ്പാനുള്ള പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവ് എന്ന കാര്യസ്ഥൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു സകലവും ഉപദേശിച്ചു തരികയും ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോട് പറഞ്ഞതു ഒക്കെയും നിങ്ങളെ ഓർമ്മപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യും".

Jesus : "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you".

യേശു : "ഞാൻ പിതാവിൻ്റെ അടുക്കൽ നിന്നു നിങ്ങൾക്കു അയപ്പാനുള്ള കാര്യസ്ഥനായി പിതാവിൻ്റെ അടുക്കൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുന്ന സത്യാത്മാവ് വരുമ്പോൾ അവൻ എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു സാക്ഷ്യം പറയും."

Jesus : "But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me".

യേശു : "സത്യത്തിൻ്റെ ആത്മാവു വരുമ്പോഴോ അവൻ നിങ്ങളെ സകല സത്യത്തിലും വഴി നടത്തും; അവൻ സ്വയമായി സംസാരിക്കാതെ താൻ കേൾക്കുന്നതു സംസാരിക്കയും വരുവാനുള്ളത് നിങ്ങൾക്കു അറിയിച്ചുതരികയും ചെയ്യും. അവൻ എനിക്കുള്ളതിൽനിന്ന് എടുത്തു നിങ്ങൾക്കു അറിയിച്ചു തരുന്നതു കൊണ്ട് എന്നെ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തും".

Jesus :"Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you".

യേശു:"എന്നാൽ പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവ് നിങ്ങളുടെ മേൽ വരുമ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾ ശക്തി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടു യെരുശലേമിലും യഹൂദ്യയിൽ എല്ലാടത്തും ശമര്യയിലും ഭൂമിയുടെ അറ്റത്തോളവും എൻ്റെ സാക്ഷികൾ ആകും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു".

യേശു: "ഞാൻ പോകുന്നതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു പ്രയോജനം; ഞാൻ പോകാഞ്ഞാൽ കാര്യസ്ഥൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കൽ വരികയില്ല; ഞാൻ പോയാൽ അവനെ നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കൽ അയയ്ക്കും. അവൻ വന്നു പാപത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും നീതിയെക്കുറിച്ചും ന്യായവിധിയെക്കുറിച്ചും ലോകത്തിനു ബോധം വരുത്തും".

Jesus : "Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment".

യേശു മരിച്ചുയർത്തെഴുന്നേറ്റു സ്വർഗ്ഗാരോഹണം ചെയ്ത ശേഷം ഇത് സംഭവിച്ചു : പെന്തക്കോസ്‌തുനാൾ വന്നപ്പോൾ എല്ലാവരും ഒരു സ്ഥലത്തു ഒന്നിച്ചു കൂടിയിരുന്നു. പെട്ടെന്നു കൊടിയ കാറ്റടിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ആകാശത്തുനിന്നു ഒരു മുഴക്കം ഉണ്ടായി, അവൻ ഇരുന്നിരുന്ന വീട് മുഴുവനും നിറെച്ചു. അഗ്നിജ്വാലപോലെ പിളർന്നിരിക്കുന്ന നാവുകൾ അവർക്കു പ്രത്യക്ഷമായി അവരിൽ ഓരോരുത്തൻ്റെ മേൽ പതിഞ്ഞു. എല്ലാവരും പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവ് നിറഞ്ഞവരായി ആത്മാവ് അവർക്കു ഉച്ചരിക്കാൻ നല്കിയതുപോലെ അന്യഭാഷകളിൽ സംസാരിച്ചു തുടങ്ങി.

And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

അന്ത്യകാലത്തു "ഞാൻ സകലജഡത്തിന്മേലും എൻ്റെ ആത്മാവിനെ പകരും, നിങ്ങളുടെ പുത്രന്മാരും പുത്രിമാരും പ്രവചിക്കും; നിങ്ങളുടെ വൃദ്ധന്മാർ സ്വപ്നങ്ങളെ കാണും; നിങ്ങളുടെ യൌവനക്കാർ ദർശനങ്ങളെ ദർശിക്കും. ദാസന്മാരുടെ മേലും ദാസിമാരുടെമേലും കൂടെ ഞാൻ ആ നാളുകളിൽ എൻ്റെ ആത്മാവിനെ പകരും. ഞാൻ ആകാശത്തിലും ഭൂമിയിലും അത്ഭുതങ്ങളെ കാണിക്കും: രക്തവും തീയും പുകത്തൂണും തന്നേ. യഹോവയുടെ വലുതും ഭയങ്കരവുമായുള്ള ദിവസം വരുംമുമ്പെ സൂര്യൻ ഇരുളായും ചന്ദ്രൻ രക്തമായും മാറിപ്പോകും. എന്നാൽ യഹോവയുടെ നാമം വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നവൻ ഏവനും രക്ഷിക്കപെടും; യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതുപോലെ സിയോൻ പർവ്വതത്തിലും യെരൂശലേമിലും ഒരു രക്ഷിതഗണവും ശേഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ യഹോവ വിളിപ്പാനുള്ളവരും ഉണ്ടാകും".

But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel.

The prophet Joel ( B .C . 835-796 ), prophesied before the brith of Jesus Christ.

And it shall come to pass in the last days , said God, " I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call".

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

അവനോ (സ്തെഫാനോസ് )പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവു നിറഞ്ഞവനായി സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലേക്കു ഉറ്റുനോക്കി, ദൈവമഹത്വവും ദൈവത്തിൻ്റെ വലത്തുഭാഗത്തു യേശു നില്ക്കുന്നതും കണ്ടു: ഇതാ, സ്വർഗ്ഗം തുറന്നിരിക്കുന്നതും മനുഷ്യപുത്രൻ ദൈവത്തിൻ്റെ വലത്തു ഭാഗത്തു നില്ക്കുന്നതും ഞാൻ കാണുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

But he(Stephen), being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God, And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.

സൌഖ്യമാക്കുവാൻ നിൻ്റെ കൈ നീട്ടുന്നതിനാലും നിൻ്റെ പരിശുദ്ധദാസനായ യേശുവിൻ്റെ നാമത്താൽ അടയാളങ്ങളും അത്ഭുതങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതിനാലും നിൻ്റെ വചനം പൂർണ്ണ ധൈര്യത്തോടും കൂടെ പ്രസ്താവിപ്പാൻ നിൻ്റെ ദാസന്മാർക്കു കൃപ നല്കേണമേ. ഇങ്ങനെ പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവർ കൂടിയിരുന്ന സ്ഥലം കുലുങ്ങി; എല്ലാവരും പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവു നിറഞ്ഞവരായി ദൈവവചനം ധൈര്യത്തോടെ പ്രസ്താവിച്ചു.

By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus. And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldnes.

യേശു: "അങ്ങനെ ദോഷികളായ നിങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ മക്കൾക്കു നല്ല ദാനങ്ങളെ കൊടുപ്പാൻ അറിയുന്നു എങ്കിൽ സ്വർഗ്ഗസ്ഥനായ പിതാവു തന്നോടു യാചിക്കുന്നവർക്കു പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിനെ എത്ര അധികം കൊടുക്കും".

Jesus: "If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?"

അങ്ങനെ അനന്യാസ് ആ വീട്ടിൽ ചെന്നു അവൻ്റെ മേൽ കൈ വെച്ചു: ശൌലേ, സഹോദരാ, നീ കാഴ്ച പ്രാപിച്ചു പരിശുദ്ധാത്മപൂർണ്ണൻ ആകേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ വന്ന വഴിയിൽ നിനക്കു പ്രത്യക്ഷനായ യേശു എന്ന കർത്താവു എന്നെ അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost.

ആത്മാവു ഫിലിപ്പൊസിനോടു: നീ അടുത്തുചെന്നു തേരിനോടു ചേർന്നുനടക്ക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. ഫിലിപ്പൊസ് ഓടിച്ചെല്ലുമ്പോൾ യെശയ്യാപ്രവാചകൻ്റെ  പുസ്തകം വായിക്കുന്നതു കേട്ടു: നീ വായിക്കുന്നതു ഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നുവോ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു: ഒരുത്തൻ പൊരുൾ തിരിച്ചുതരാഞ്ഞാൽ എങ്ങനെ ഗ്രഹിക്കും എന്നു അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു, ഫിലിപ്പൊസ് കയറി തന്നോടുകൂടെ ഇരിക്കേണം എന്നു അപേക്ഷിച്ചു.

അങ്ങനെ അവൻ തേർ നിർത്തുവാൻ കല്പിച്ചു; ഫിലിപ്പൊസും ഷണ്ഡനും ഇരുവരും വെള്ളത്തിൽ ഇറങ്ങി, അവൻ അവനെ സ്നാനം കഴിപ്പിച്ചു; അവർ വെള്ളത്തിൽ നിന്നു കയറിയപ്പോൾ കർത്താവിൻ്റെ ആത്മാവു ഫിലിപ്പൊസിനെ എടുത്തു കൊണ്ടുപോയി; ഷണ്ഡൻ അവനെ പിന്നെ കണ്ടില്ല; അവൻ സന്തോഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു തൻ്റെ വഴിക്കു പോയി.

And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.

എന്നാൽ അനന്യാസ് എന്നു പേരുള്ള ഒരു പുരുഷൻ തൻ്റെ ഭാര്യയായ സഫീരയോടു കൂടെ ഒരു നിലം വിറ്റു. ഭാര്യയുടെ അറിവോടെ വിലയിൽ കുറെ എടുത്തുവെച്ചു ഒരംശം കൊണ്ടുവന്നു അപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാരുടെ കാല്കൽ വെച്ചു. അപ്പോൾ പത്രൊസ്: അനന്യാസേ, പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിനോടു വ്യാജം കാണിപ്പാനും നിലത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയിൽ കുറെ എടുത്തുവെപ്പാനും സാത്താൻ നിൻ്റെ ഹൃദയം കൈവശമാക്കിയതു എന്തു? അതു വില്ക്കും മുമ്പെ നിൻ്റെതായിരുന്നില്ലെയോ? വിറ്റശേഷവും നിൻ്റെ കൈവശം അല്ലാഞ്ഞുവോ? ഈ കാര്യത്തിനു നീ മനസ്സുവെച്ചതു എന്തു? മനുഷ്യരോടല്ല ദൈവത്തോടത്രേ നീ വ്യാജം കാണിച്ചതു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. ഈ വാക്കു കേട്ടിട്ടു അനന്യാസ് വീണു പ്രാണനെ വിട്ടു; ഇതു കേട്ടവർക്കു എല്ലാവർക്കും മഹാഭയം ഉണ്ടായി.

But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it , and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles’ feet. But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God. And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.

ദൈവത്തിൻ്റെ പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിനെ ദുഃഖിപ്പിക്കരുതു; അവനാലല്ലോ നിങ്ങൾക്കു വീണ്ടെടുപ്പുനാളിന്നായി മുദ്രയിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതു.

And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

അതു കേട്ടിട്ടു പരീശന്മാർ: ഇവൻ ഭൂതങ്ങളുടെ തലവനായ ബെയെത്സെബൂലിനെക്കൊണ്ടല്ലാതെ ഭൂതങ്ങളെ പുറത്താക്കുന്നില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. അവൻ(യേശു) അവരുടെ നിരൂപണം അറിഞ്ഞു അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞതു: “ഒരു രാജ്യം തന്നിൽ തന്നേ ഛിദ്രിച്ചു എങ്കിൽ ശൂന്യമാകും; അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നതു: സകലപാപവും ദൂഷണവും മനുഷ്യരോടു ക്ഷമിക്കും; ആത്മാവിന്നു നേരെയുള്ള ദൂഷണമോ ക്ഷമിക്കയില്ല. ആരെങ്കിലും മനുഷ്യ പുത്രന്നു നേരെ ഒരു വാക്കു പറഞ്ഞാൽ അതു അവനോടു ക്ഷമിക്കും; പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിന്നു നേരെ പറഞ്ഞാലോ ഈ ലോകത്തിലും വരുവാനുള്ളതിലും അവനോടു ക്ഷമിക്കയില്ല.

But when the Pharisees heard it , they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.

ദൈവപുത്രനെ ചവിട്ടികളകയും തന്നെ വിശുദ്ധീകരിച്ച നിയമരക്തത്തെ മലിനം എന്നു നിരൂപിക്കയും കൃപയുടെ ആത്മാവിനെ നിന്ദിക്കയും ചെയ്തവൻ എത്ര കഠിനമേറിയ ശിക്ഷെക്കു പാത്രമാകും എന്നു വിചാരിപ്പിൻ.

ആത്മാവിനെ അനുസരിച്ചുനടപ്പിൻ; എന്നാൽ നിങ്ങൾ ജഡത്തിൻ്റെ മോഹം നിവർത്തിക്കയില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ പറയുന്നു. ജഡാഭിലാഷം ആത്മാവിന്നും ആത്മാഭിലാഷം ജഡത്തിന്നും വിരോധമായിരിക്കുന്നു.

ആത്മാവെന്ന ആദ്യദാനം ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന നാമും നമ്മുടെ ശരീരത്തിൻ്റെ വീണ്ടെടുപ്പായ പുത്രത്വത്തിന്നു കാത്തുകൊണ്ടു ഉള്ളിൽ ഞരങ്ങുന്നു. പ്രത്യാശയാലല്ലോ നാം രക്ഷിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതു. കാണുന്ന പ്രത്യാശയോ പ്രത്യാശയല്ല; ഒരുത്തൻ കാണുന്നതിന്നായി ഇനി പ്രത്യാശിക്കുന്നതു എന്തിന്നു?

നിങ്ങളോ, ദൈവത്തിൻ്റെ ആത്മാവു നിങ്ങളിൽ വസിക്കുന്നു എന്നു വരികിൽ ജഡസ്വഭാവമുള്ളവരല്ല ആത്മസ്വഭാവമുള്ളവരത്രേ, ക്രിസ്തുവിൻ്റെ ആത്മാവില്ലാത്തവൻ അവന്നുള്ളവനല്ല. ക്രിസ്തു നിങ്ങളിൽ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലോ ശരീരം പാപംനിമിത്തം മരിക്കേണ്ടതെങ്കിലും ആത്മാവു നീതിനിമിത്തം ജീവനാകുന്നു. യേശുവിനെ മരിച്ചവരിൽനിന്നു ഉയിർപ്പിച്ചവൻ്റെ (ദൈവത്തിൻ്റെ ) ആത്മാവു നിങ്ങളിൽ വസിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവിനെ മരണത്തിൽനിന്നു ഉയിർപ്പിച്ചവൻ നിങ്ങളിൽ വസിക്കുന്ന തൻ്റെ ആത്മാവിനെക്കൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളുടെ മർത്യശരീരങ്ങളെയും ജീവിപ്പിക്കും.
